At MD Dairy Products, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our dairy products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to make the process as easy as possible. 

We are always open to refund and cancellation when it comes to certain norms. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

We stand by the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order for any reason as there may be some orders that we are not able to accept and must cancel. Some circumstances that may result in your order being cancelled contain limitations on numbers available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing data, or difficulties recognized by our credit and fraud evasion department.

We may also need additional confirmations or data before accepting any order. We will connect with you in case your order has been cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your debit card or credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Returns

We accept returns on our dairy products under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 day(s) of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will either replace it with a new one or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
2. Incorrect Products: If we have shipped the wrong product to you, please notify us within 1 day(s) of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost. You may be required to return the incorrect item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will try our best to create the able design concepts for our clients. Customers are our priority. But some policies cannot be changed because of various reasons.

In case we receive a notice that your order has been cancelled and the order has not been approved by us, we shall cancel the order and repay the entire amount. We reserve the completed right to decide whether a bill payment has been processed or not.

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Cancelled Orders: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
2. Returns: No return/refund will applicable for any of our dairy product once delivered.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

In all matters and disputes arising from our products and services, the jurisdiction for resolution will be the Court of Lunkaransar, Bikaner, Rajasthan. We are committed to fair and transparent dealings, and this policy ensures that any legal matters will be addressed in a manner consistent with the laws and regulations of Rajasthan.
